TeamDynamix is in search of a Campaign and Events Manager to oversee multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns including inbound and outbound tactics to meet sales pipeline targets.  Reporting into the Director of Demand Generation, this role will be instrumental in generating pipeline, elevating brand presence, and deepening customer/prospect relationships. 

The Campaign and Events Manager will manage campaign program execution across all channels including trade shows, virtual events, regional round tables, direct marketing, and more. This person will also own vendor coordination for all programming and logistics around these tactics as well as internal team collaboration, timelines, and demand generation metrics.

About the role
Campaign & Program Ownership
  • Manage full lifecycle of marketing and demand generation programs—including events, virtual experiences, roundtables, trade shows, annual virtual client summit, and more.
  • Use tactics such as email, social media, swag and gifting, etc. to optimize campaign promotions and results, as well as TeamDynamix brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build campaigns focused on the buyer’s journey, building campaigns for audience segments as well as achieving Top/Middle/Bottom of Funnel goals.
  • Lead campaign scheduling, execution, and optimization using internal processes and platforms (Asana, Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Sprout Social, Webex Events, etc.).
Event Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events—handling all logistics (electric, internet, materials handling, shipping, etc.), staff briefings, booth design, asset creation, promotions, and post-event follow-up.
  • Execute events onsite successfully, managing logistics, solving problems in real-time, and leading onsite staff to ensure a positive experience for attendees and internal teams.
  • Create and implement pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendance and conversion.
Customer & Partner Campaigns
  • Develop and execute customer marketing programs to support expansion, retention, and advocacy goals.
  • Partner with customer success, product, and sales to spotlight success stories and generate opportunities within the install base.
Content Distribution & Messaging Creation
  • Write and manage promotional content for demand gen activities—including emails, social media posts, abstracts, and event assets.
  • Create sales enablement resources (Outreach sequences, SDR toolkits) to support pipeline acceleration.
Digital & Social Integration
  • Run fully integrated programs with digital amplification—leveraging social media (Sprout Social), web personalization (Optimonk), and advertising channels.
  • Manage and maintain social selling content calendars and support sales with fresh enablement materials.
Marketing Technology & Analytics
  • Operate tools including preferably Pardot, Salesforce, Outreach, Demandbase, Sendoso, WordPress, Zoom Webinars, Webex Events, Canva, Sprout Social, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Asana, or similar.
  • Track and report on campaign and event performance, using insights to optimize future execution and ROI. 
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work cross-functionally with demand generation, product marketing, sales, and customer success to align programs with business goals.
  • Participate in regular brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and improve campaign performance.
About you
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing within a SaaS company, with a strong focus on event marketing and campaign management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
  • Proven experience supporting the growth of a $50M+ revenue company through strategic marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns from strategy to execution with ROI.
  • Proficient with sales/marketing platforms (Pardot, Outreach, Salesforce, Sprout Social), project tools (Asana), and virtual event systems (Zoom Webinars, Webex Events), and creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills – ability to command a room.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging capabilities – ability to QA your own work.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A love for travel! Willingness to travel for events throughout North America, mainly US-based.

What does this role pay?
  • The wage range for this role contemplates the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including (but not limited to) skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TeamDynamix, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000 to $95,000 plus a variable incentive.
