TeamDynamix is looking for a remote Customer Account Executive to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have worked in fast-paced organizations with rapid growth and have strong experience in generating new opportunities in assigned accounts through prospecting as well as managing relationships.

  • Work with current clients to develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship in assigned accounts.
  • Establish buying influences, budgets, and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts.
  • Become a subject matter expert on TeamDynamix licensing models to provide both sales and customers assistance in licensing discussions. 
  • Connect with customers to scope out any consulting, implementation, or professional services engagements and work to ensure continued engagement and customer value realization.
  • Work closely with Solutions Consultants to engage in product discovery calls and provide demos for expansion opportunities.
  • Generate and develop new opportunities in assigned accounts through prospecting.

About Your Qualifications

  • Associates degree; bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 3 - 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a documented history of success.
  • Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software. 
  • Skilled in customer service focus to include assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction. 
  • Strong active listening and critical thinking skills. 
  • Excellent time management skills. 
  • Team player mindset with a track record of building positive relationships with peers and others within a company. 
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per year.
