TeamDynamix is looking for an RFP Writer to grow our dynamic and collaborative team. This person will be responsible for coordinating all activities around creating and managing Request for Proposal (RFP) projects for enterprise-level prospects in the Higher Education, K-12, Governmental, Corporate, and Not-For-Profit space. This includes developing and maintaining written responses, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, and submissions.  This resource will collaborate with internal stakeholders across TeamDynamix to craft tailored responses that effectively communicate TeamDynamix's value proposition and expertise to prospects. The RFP Writer role is ideal for candidates who are strong writers, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the RFP response process from start to finish 
  • Review RFP and bid requirements, managing the fulfillment of all requirements to ensure compliance and responsiveness 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across TeamDynamix including sales, legal, solutions engineering, marketing, professional services, human resources, security, finance and other departments to plan and create relevant and accurate proposal content. 
  • Facilitate data collection, monitoring timelines and deliverables from various departments, formulating responses from our content database (Responsive), writing and editing new responses, and timely submission of proposals in varying formats. 
  • Facilitate proposal review, ensure edits are incorporated, and manage final proposal submissions 

About You:
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred 
  • 2+ years RFP writing experience working in a professional environment in a SaaS company 
  • Capacity to be responsible, flexible, accountable, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, adapt and prioritize to meet deadlines 
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills 
  • Highly experienced in working with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel 

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • RFP software experience, such as Responsive (RFPIO), Qvidian, Loopio, etc. 
  • Salesforce experience 
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), and/or Conversational AI (CAI) 
  • An eye for graphical design within an RFP response 
  • APMP Foundations Certification
